■ When booking for multiple guests, please select the same course for all members of your party. We are unable to accommodate multiple different courses in a single reservation; thank you for your understanding.
■ Please note that we may not always be able to honor specific seat requests.
■ If we cannot reach you and your reservation time is more than 30 minutes past, we may have to cancel your reservation.
■ Menu items may change depending on ingredient availability.
■ A corkage/bring-your-own-alcohol fee of ¥10,000 per bottle will be charged.
■ We accept cash, credit cards, electronic money, Alipay, PayPay, and other common payment methods.
■ Seating time is limited to 2 hours. Please note that the end time cannot be extended even if you arrive late.
■ Because we prepare seats and ingredients in advance, cancellations made up to 2 days before the reservation will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations on the day of the reservation or no-shows will be charged 100%. The same policy applies to reductions in the number of guests.
For changes to the number of guests or reservation time, please cancel your original reservation and make a new reservation with the updated details at least 3 days in advance.
