●Reservations are accepted up to 7 days in advance.
●Reservation times are approximate. Entry times may vary. Thank you for your understanding.

<<Cancellation Policy>>
In the event of a cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be charged, calculated from the date and time of your arrival:
24 hours prior to your arrival time: ¥1,500 per person

<<Changing Reservation Date, Time, or Number of Guests>>
We cannot accept changes to the number of guests or date and time after a reservation has been made, regardless of the reason. Please be sure to confirm before placing your order.
If the date, time, or number of people changes, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please cancel and reschedule your reservation.

<<Payment Information>>
Meal tickets will be purchased using a cashless ticket machine.
Credit cards and various QR code payment methods are accepted.
