From November 6, the snow crab fishing season opens,
bringing to market the rare and highly prized crabs from the
Sea of Japan, each bearing a unique brand tag from its port of
origin. At Genjyu, we source only the finest snow crabs and
present them in an exquisite nine-course kaiseki dinner,
