▶Hours: 11:30–15:00 (last order 14:30)
▶WEB reservations are accepted until 17:00 the day before your visit.
▶We do not accept seat-only reservations. Please note.
▶Junior high school students and older are charged the adult rate. Please reserve the Genghis Khan (jingisukan) set.
▶Elementary school children and younger are free of charge.
▶If an elementary-school-aged child wishes to dine, please order an additional Genghis Khan (¥1,650 per serving) and rice (¥300).
▶Reservations for groups of 21 or more are accepted by phone. ※03-3821-2184
▶If you have allergies, please do not hesitate to ask our staff.
▶Payment will be made after your visit.
▶If 15 minutes have passed beyond the scheduled time and we cannot reach you, your reservation will be canceled.
▶The venue is completely non-smoking. Please note. (Please smoke at the outdoor smoking area on the 1st floor.)

<Changes & Cancellations>
▶Cancellations must be made by 17:00 the day before via your TableCheck My Page or from the reservation notification email.
▶In the case of a no-show, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

<Same-day Changes to Number of Guests>
※Same-day changes to the number of guests must be made by 9:00 via your TableCheck My Page or from the reservation notification email.
※Entry by minors only, and serving alcohol to minors, are not permitted.
※Pets (dogs, cats) are not allowed to accompany guests (except assistance animals: guide dogs, service dogs, hearing dogs).
※Bringing in food or beverages is prohibited.

<We may refuse reservations in the following cases>
※If there is reason to believe a guest may engage in illegal activity.
※Members of organized crime groups or other antisocial forces.

<Customer Harassment>
※To protect our staff and ensure safety, abusive language, threats, or unreasonable demands (customer harassment) are prohibited. In serious cases, we will report to the police or relevant authorities.

<In Case of Severe Weather>
※In case of severe weather (such as thunderstorms), we may suspend operations at short notice for customer safety. Please note that fees will not be refunded in such cases.
※If operations are to be suspended for all seats on the day, the decision will generally be made by 9:30, and we will notify you by email or phone.
