Guest Guidelines & Reservation Policy
Dining Etiquette
▶Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances such as perfume or cologne, as it may affect the dining experience of other guests.
▶If you have any allergies or food intolerances, please inform us in advance.
Please note: We may not be able to accommodate guests who cannot consume key ingredients such as all seafood, all meat, or all raw items (including fresh cheese or prosciutto).
▶Overly casual attire such as sportswear, tracksuits, or sandals is not permitted.

Operating Hours
Lunch: Starts at 12:00 PM (Open on Sundays)
Dinner: Starts at 6:00 PM
Closed: Irregular holidays

Reservations open on the 1st of each month at 12:00AM for dates two months ahead.

Reservation Guidelines
All course meals begin simultaneously for all guests.
Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your reservation time.
In case of late arrival, we may not be able to serve the full course meal.

We accept reservations for children aged 13 and above who can enjoy the same course as adults.

Cancellation Policy
50% charge for cancellations made 3 days in advance
100% charge for same-day cancellations
If we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, it may be considered a cancellation.

▶ Credit card information is required to secure your reservation, but no charges will be made in advance.
※Please settle the actual bill at the restaurant on the day of your visit.
