• Please arrive at the spa on the basement floor at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time for a pre-treatment consultation. Non-guests should arrive at the front desk 15 minutes prior to their appointment.
• If you are late, we will endeavor to perform all treatments, but please understand that treatments may be shortened. The full treatment fee will still be charged.
• Spa treatments are available to guests 16 years of age and older. Please inquire at the spa for details.
• We cannot offer massage or aromatherapy treatments to pregnant women. (Only those 16 weeks pregnant or more may receive a facial treatment up to 70 minutes.)
• This is not a massage as defined by law, including massage, acupuncture, and moxibustion.
• The couple's room is available only to hotel guests.
• Treatments include a 10-minute foot bath.
• Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change your reservation. Please note that a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows.
• If you wish to make a reservation for multiple people, each person must make a separate reservation.
Reservations for the same time slot are only possible if there is availability at that time.
• If one person wishes to take multiple courses, please indicate this in the request field. (We may not be able to accommodate all requests.)
