Orchid Christmas Special Dinner
We have prepared a special Orchid Christmas dinner to make your Christmas Eve truly memorable. The meal begins with “オマール海老のテリーヌ” — a delicate lobster terrine — followed by “コンソメスープ パイ包み焼き,” a consommé baked in puff pastry in which the rich aroma of truffle complements Okura’s traditional consommé flavor. “平目のボンファム” features tender flounder from Aomori Prefecture, wrapped in a velvety cream and fragrant butter. For the main course, enjoy “鴨胸肉のロースト オレンジ添え 濃厚な赤ワインソース,” roasted duck breast with orange, finished with a sumptuous red wine sauce. Please savor a warm and memorable moment on this special night.
