Starting with savory dishes to warm you up in the cold season, such as eggplant gratin and roasted seasonal vegetables, we have four sweets to enjoy that are both rich and refreshing, including a Mont Blanc served on a chocolate tart and a mille-feuille with the sweetness of Seto Inland Sea.
The main assiette dessert is a dish that can be transformed into a "tiramisu" by combining mascarpone cream and espresso sauce to your liking. Enjoy a one-of-a-kind dessert that is just for you.
