Kakyubo serves Nouvelle Chinois, a new genre of Chinese cuisine based on Shanghai cuisine. Unusually for Chinese cuisine, we use almost no processed foods or seasonings containing umami seasonings, protein hydrolysates, or yeast extracts, and aim to provide dishes with a natural umami flavor and a pleasant aftertaste. You can enjoy light dishes made using Chinese cooking techniques.

Standard course "HANA" course 9 dishes

This is Kakyubo's basic course, which consists of nine dishes, including a colorful assortment of appetizers, which you can enjoy little by little, soup, stir-fry, fish dish, meat dish, and dessert. We are particular about using safe and natural ingredients, and as much as possible, we prepare everything by hand. The seasonings we use are also homemade from the ingredients. This light course is recommended for first-time customers who wish to enjoy the carefully prepared cuisine of Kakyubou, and for those who do not like to eat large quantities. The course includes a total of five dishes, including an assortment of appetizers that allows you to enjoy a variety of dishes in small portions, which has been well-received by our regular customers, as well as soup, a vegetable, fish dish, and a meat dish.
