Italian restaurant using the seasonal tastes of Kyushu

Restaurant Fanfare offers meals and a space that can be enjoyed by sight, sound, scent and taste, emphasising our concept of "designing the five senses." One of our designs includes a centrally located open-kitchen that allows you to marvel at the cooking. We serve Italian meals using fresh, seasonal ingredients from Kyushu and our dishes are customised by our chef to bring out each ingredient.
