81 Grand Opening Information
Your evening begins in our 2F gallery, where the first chapter of the experience unfolds. After a short reception, you will be guided to the chef’s table. We kindly ask guests to arrive early so the flow of the night can be enjoyed in full.

Start Time
We invite guests to arrive with plenty of time to enjoy a reception in our private art gallery.
・First seating: Reception is open from 5:30 PM, dinner begins at 6:00 PM
・Second seating: Reception is open from 8:30 PM, dinner begins at 9:00 PM

Seating
Guests are seated together in an intimate dining space designed for connection and shared experience. We appreciate your understanding and presence within this setting.

Cancellation Policy
5 days prior – 50% of the reservation fee
Within 48 hours – 100% of the reservation fee.

Reservation Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent 7 days and again 1 day before your reservation.
Please review the details and confirm via the link provided.
If confirmation cannot be obtained and we are unable to reach you by phone, the reservation may be released.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
