▶After 6:00 p.m. guests under the age of 20 are not allowed in the bar, even accompanied by a guardian.
▶If there no contact after 15 minutes of your reservation, then there is a possibility that your reservation would be cancelled.
▶There is a possibility of a charge of a cancellation fee if cancelled on the day of the reservation.
▶The prices include 13% service charge and10% consumption tax. (From April 1st 2023 the service charge would be 15% and consumption tax 10％.)

＜Customers who have food allergies＞
▶We ask any guests with food allergies please inform the hotel staff when making reservations. In severe cases of food allergies, we are sorry but we may not be able to meet your requests.
▶As ingredients of the dishes offered at the restaurants are all prepared in the same kitchen, allergy substances may be mixed in. We do advice for you to please consult a doctor who specializes in allergies for your final decision.
