The culinary program is overseen by Chef Daisuke Takubo, owner-chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant TACUBO in Tokyo, awarded one Michelin star for seven consecutive years starting in 2016.

Seasonal ingredients from the rich landscapes of Hokkaido are brought to life through the primal yet refined technique of wood-fire cooking, creating dishes that are both expressive and artful.

【Dietary Restrictions】
We do our best to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions whenever possible.
Please inform us of any allergies or ingredients you cannot consume when making your reservation.

However, due to the nature of our kitchen environment, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of allergenic ingredients.
As there is a possibility of cross-contamination, we may not be able to accept reservations from guests with severe allergies.

【Arrival & Seating】
- While we will do our best to accommodate seating requests, we may not always be able to guarantee specific seating depending on availability.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation. Please contact us if you expect to be late.


【Cancellation Policy】
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, the following cancellation policy applies.
Please note that cancellations on the day of the reservation will be subject to a 100% charge of the reserved course price, regardless of notice.

- Reservations for 1–5 guests
100% charge for cancellations made the day before or on the day
50% charge for cancellations made 3 days prior

- Reservations for 6 guests or more / Reservations with special requests
100% charge from 3 days prior to the reservation date
50% charge from 7 to 4 days prior

- Reservations for 10 guests or more / Private bookings
100% charge from 7 days prior
50% charge from 14 to 8 days prior


【Dress Code】
To enhance the dining experience for all guests, we kindly request a smart casual dress code.
Please refrain from visiting in overly casual attire such as ski boots, bathrobes, hotel yukata, sleeveless shirts, or tank tops.


【Corkage Policy】<b>
Guests are welcome to bring their own wine subject to the following corkage fees:
- 750ml bottle: ¥10,000 per bottle (maximum 2 bottles per group)
- Magnum bottle (1.5L): ¥20,000 per bottle (maximum 1 bottle per group)

Regarding ingredients you cannot eat
At our restaurant we offer seasonal multi-course meals that may include a variety of ingredients such as seafood, dairy, eggs, poultry, pork, beef, lamb, and horsemeat.

To ensure you enjoy your meal, if you have any food allergies or ingredients you cannot eat, please enter the details in the response field. For example: “1 guest — allergic to all shellfish including extracts,” “2 guests — raw blue fish,” “everyone — cannot eat lamb,” or “child — nut allergy.”

Regardless of whether you have a diagnosed allergy, please let us know in as much detail as possible any ingredients you dislike or cannot eat.
Also, we are unable to accommodate requests made on the day of your visit, so please be sure to inform us in advance.
