● Cancellation policy
For customers canceling restaurant reservations, cancellation fees will be applied as follows. Please note this in advance.
- No-show/No notification: 100% of the reservation fee
- Cancellation on the day of reservation: 100% of the reservation fee
- Cancellation the day before: 50% of the reservation fee
However, in cases where special arrangements are made following prior consultation, a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation fee will apply starting 7 days prior to the reservation date.
Additionally, for those who reserve only seats, the following cancellation rules apply:

- No notification/Cancellation on the day: 2,000 yen
- Cancellation the day before: 1,000 yen
[Dinner]
- No notification/Cancellation on the day: 5,000 yen
- Cancellation the day before: 2,500 yen

When cancelling a reservation, cancellation fees will be charged based on the number of guests.
For groups of 10–100 people: No notification/Cancellation on the day – 100%; Cancellation the day before – 80%; Cancellation 2–7 days prior – 50%; Cancellation 14–21 days prior – 20%.
For groups of 101–190 people: In addition to the above, a cancellation fee of 10% of the reservation fee applies starting 30 days prior to the reservation date.
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive notification.
