We use delicious water from the Ena Mountain Water System and offer local, hand-made soba noodles every day. Although we are a small restaurant, we hope you will enjoy using all your senses as you watch the soba noodles being boiled in a large pot right in front of your counter seat. We also offer sake carefully selected by the owner, with a focus on local sake.
