●Reservations are accepted from 2 people. (please order the same course)
●If you are visiting our restaurant with children and wish to order the children's menu at the same time, please fill in the question box displayed at the end of the reservation screen
●We will keep the card information at the time of reservation, but the settlement will not be done.
※We do not recommend entering card information with debit cards or prepaid cards (include bank card).
If you enter your card information by that way, it will be deducted immediately and refunded after you visit our restaurant (refund may take several weeks).
※ For checkout, please make "contactless payment" by your card information at the time of reservation, or pay by other means.
●We have separately charged 15% service fee
●As for the designation of the room, we may not be able to comply with your request.
●If you can not contact us after 30 minutes from the time of reservation, we will be forced to treat you as a cancellation so please be sure to contact us if you are late.

The cancellation policy is as follows.

When canceling the reservation in the following period, food and service fees per person will be charged.

(Up to 9 people)
After 21:00 of the previous day : 100% / Previous day (until 21:00) : 50% / 2 days before (until 21:00) : 30%

(Over 10 people)
After 21:00 on 2 days before : 100% / 2 months to 2 days before (until 21:00) : 50%

▶ About the location of our restaurant
Tankuma Kitamise “Kyoto Main” (located near our restaurant,"Honke Tankuma Honten") is different from our restaurant.
When you visit Tankuma Kitamise “Kyoto Main”, after reserve our restaurant and not come to our restaurant, We will charge a cancellation fee from the information of your card.
