During his university years, Mr. Namoku traveled to the United States and graduated from the New York Bartending School, mastering the craft of classic cocktails at its origin. He later expanded his expertise across Europe, deepening his knowledge of mixology. After returning to Japan, he earned numerous awards and now serves as the Bar Manager at Park Hotel Tokyo.
Guided by his belief that “cocktails are like mathematics” and his motto All For The Delicious, Mr. Namoku is celebrated for his unique philosophy and creative artistry—qualities that make him truly one of a kind.
On this special evening, his meticulously crafted Toon cocktails, shaped by refined technique and expressive sensibility, will harmonize with the luxurious atmosphere of JW Marriott Hotel Nara, offering a singular, unforgettable experience found nowhere else.
