At the heart of this luxurious buffet are strawberries that shine like precious jewels, woven into both sweets and savory dishes. Each plate highlights the unique character of Nara's renowned strawberry varieties: Kotoka, Nanoka, and Asuka Ruby.
The rich aroma and vivid sweet-sour flavor of Kotoka are elevated in a decadent tiramisu.
The refined balance of sweetness and acidity in Nanoka is transformed into a smooth New York cheesecake.
