The "Ki no Bi Room," where you can experience the world of "Ki no Bi," is open for a limited time.
The pop-up bar “Kinobi Room” is open until late October, offering a chance to experience the flavor of Kyoto-made craft gin “Kinobi” as well as the ambiance of Kyoto’s flagship home “Kinobi House”.
In September and October, we’ve prepared three collaborative cocktails that blend seasonal ingredients with the unique charm of Kinobi. Enjoy these drinks featuring yuzu, figs, basil, and other seasonal elements that bring forth rich autumnal flavors.
On October 23, Marcy Sakuma, Global Ambassador for Kinobi, will serve as guest bartender, crafting original cocktails specially designed for this special evening.
