CYCLE, a restaurant produced by Chef Mauro Colagreco

CYCLE is the first restaurant in Japan by Chef Mauro Colagreco, who leads the three-star Michelin restaurant Mirazur in France. The name comes from Chef Mauro's desire to "express through this restaurant and the gourmet experience the ever-regenerating beauty of nature, the circulating energy, and the interactions between all living things that fascinate me."
