This reservation-only restaurant is based on the concept of "Japanese and Kyoto culture and wagyu beef." The wagyu beef used is special cuts of Kobe beef. Kimono-clad waitresses will prepare a luxurious, authentic shabu-shabu dish right in front of you. We also offer sake and wine carefully selected by our sommelier to complement the rich flavor of the Kobe beef.
