Before making a reservation
✅Access to the observation area is via stairs only.
　Guests who are unable to ascend/descend stairs on their own cannot use this facility.
✅Use is limited to guests of elementary school age and older. (Elementary and junior high school students must be accompanied by a guardian.)
✅The event may be canceled without prior notice due to weather or other conditions.
　If operations are canceled, we will either refund the admission fee (¥1,000 per person) or transfer your reservation to cocktail time at the main building 30th-floor restaurant “GOCOCU” (after 21:00).

During your visit
✅This is an outdoor facility — please wear coats or other warm clothing.
✅Please refrain from bringing umbrellas or parasols.
✅Hats, scarves, mufflers and other items that can be blown away should be stored in the lockers on the 30th floor.
　The hotel is not responsible for any damage caused by items being blown away or dropped.
✅Smoking, dangerous behavior, and bringing hazardous items are strictly prohibited.
✅For safety reasons, entry to areas other than the observation facility is strictly prohibited.
　If a guest does not follow staff instructions, they may be asked to leave the observation area.
✅For safety, please refrain from carrying children on your shoulders or holding them up during viewing.
✅If the weather changes suddenly or in an emergency, please follow staff instructions. Staff may refuse entry if they judge it unsafe.
