We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued patronage.
In order to improve the environment for our guests and maintain and improve our service quality, THE THOUSAND KYOTO and Kyoto Century Hotel will revise the service charge to 15% of the total amount (excluding tax) for restaurant use from Tuesday, April 1, 2025.

　・Reservations made on or after Saturday, March 1, 2025 for use from Tuesday, April 1, 2025 onwards
■Current service charge rate applies
　・Use until Monday, March 31, 2025
　・Uses made by Friday, February 28, 2025 for use from Tuesday, April 1, 2025 onwards

◆Regarding seating preferences
As there are limited seats, we cannot accept requests for seats by the window or other specific locations.

A 100% cancellation fee will be charged from 2 days before to the day of use.

◆One message plate can be prepared per group.
*From the second plate onwards, an additional 600 yen will be charged per plate.
