Shokado Gozen” is a set of dishes filled with seasonal delicacies of Kanagawa Prefecture. The colorful dish features yuzu-an grilled trout from Kanagawa Prefecture, seasonal vegetable tempura, kama-age shirasu (baby sardines), Yamayuri pork, and fresh fish caught at Misaki Port. The meal is finished with a rich Ashigara green tea mousse.
