Pursuing natural flavors Kyoto local chicken seasonal vegi.

We only serve a course menu of Kyoto local chicken from Fukuchiyama, Kyoto, duck meat from Kameoka, and Kyoto vegetables, which are all seasoned with exquisite dishes. Based on our belief in "grilling everything" based on years of experience, we use both charcoal and firewood to bring out the full flavor of the ingredients.
