● For reservations of 5 people or more, please contact the restaurant directly.
● During service hours, we may not be able to answer the phone. Please leave a voicemail or contact us by email at info@moko-kyoto.com.
● We welcome guests with children, wheelchairs, and strollers. If you are coming with children, please indicate their ages.
● If you wish to reserve a private room, please indicate it in the request section. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on availability. A service charge of 15% of the total food and beverage amount will apply for private room use.
● For any wine or cake brought in, a corkage fee of 8,000 yen (tax included) per bottle or item will be charged.
● If you wish to purchase MOKO bread, please note this in your request (orders must be made at least 3 days in advance).
● Please inform us in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please note that if such restrictions are notified on the day of your visit, additional charges may apply depending on the ingredients.
● If we cannot reach you after your reserved time, your reservation may be canceled. Please make sure to contact us if you will be late.
● For cancellations or reductions in the number of guests, the following fees apply:
　48 hours before: 50% of the course price
　24 hours before: 100% of the course price
　Please note that this policy applies even in cases of sudden illness or unforeseen circumstances, as we prepare ingredients and staff according to each reservation. We appreciate your kind understanding.
● Please note that we do not have a parking lot. Kindly use nearby coin-operated parking. In accordance with Japanese law, we do not serve alcohol to guests who will be driving. Please understand that we may, if necessary, notify the appropriate authorities.
