Beijing Palace Cuisine is the epitome of Chinese cuisine. After the emperor of the Ming dynasty made Beijing the capital, the city flourished as the center of China's politics and trade. China’s top cooks prepared banquet dishes for the emperor. The palace cuisine became even more luxurious with time, and the Manchu Han Imperial Feast turned it into the symbol of Chinese cuisine.

Beijing Palace Cuisine was inspired and influenced by Shandong cuisine, Jiangsu cuisine, and the sophisticated culinary techniques of northern Muslim tribes. Our chefs are passionate about preserving the traditional flavors of the Beijing Palace Cuisine, and use as little seasoning as possible, to draw out the ingredients’ natural flavors.
