▶ Payment will be taken on the day of your visit from the credit card registered at the time of reservation. Payment on site is not available.
▶ If you are late or leave early, you will be charged the full amount.
▶ If the number of people changes after making a reservation, please change the number of people on the TableCheck reservation page. If the number of people decreases on the day without changing the reservation, you will be charged the amount for the number of people reserved.
▶ Depending on the health of the capybaras, the cafe may be closed on the day even if the reservation has been completed. In that case, we will contact you through TableCheck. Similarly, please note that feeding and interaction with the capybaras may be restricted.
▶ We will not cover medical expenses or compensation for injuries caused by contact with capybaras. We will not compensate for damaged or stained clothing.
▶ Only customers 5 years of age or older are allowed to enter, and children aged 5 to 12 must be accompanied by a guardian. Please note that there will be a charge for any accompanying guests as well.
▶ Forgotten items will be kept for one week only, and customers are kindly requested to come to the café to collect them during business hours. Please note that we do not offer shipping or delivery services for lost items.
