Chef Jeffrey Tan's recognition by La Liste 2026 places him among a select group of pastry talents celebrated on the global stage. Considered one of the world's most respected gastronomic rankings, La Liste evaluates restaurants and culinary professionals through an aggregation of international reviews, guidebooks, media assessments and expert editorial curation. Unlike many awards programs, recognition cannot be earned through application or sponsorship, making inclusion a reflection of consistent excellence, innovation and global recognition within the culinary industry.
Developed together with Chef Fabrizio Zarate of Park Hyatt Bangkok, the collection draws inspiration from the flavors and memories that have shaped both chefs’ culinary journeys. Chef Jeffrey’s roots in Penang’s multicultural food heritage meet Chef Fabrizio’s Paraguayan heritage and expertise in haute pâtisserie, creating a menu that explores familiar Southeast Asian ingredients through refined French pastry techniques and modern presentation.
