▶ From 5:00 P.M., entry to the bar area is permitted for guests aged 18 and above. Alcoholic beverages are served to guests aged 20 and above.
▶ If no contact is received from guests more than 30 minutes past their reserved arrival time, we may be unable to prepare a seat for them.
▶ Seat requests cannot always be accommodated.
▶ Depending on availability, there may be changes to ingredients or menu items.
▶ Discounts and special offers cannot be combined.
[Food Allergy Policy]
Regarding food allergies at our restaurants and banquet halls, we can only accommodate allergies to 8 specific items: shrimp, crab, walnuts, wheat, buckwheat, eggs, milk, and peanuts.
Guests wishing to request accommodations for these 8 items must inform us in advance.
For the sake of guest safety, we are unable to accommodate allergies to any other items.
Please read the following points 1–4 carefully and make your decision accordingly.
1. Since all food and beverages are handled in the same environment at our premises, we cannot completely prevent trace amounts of allergens other than those listed from mixing in.
2. Our allergen information is provided based on the ingredients used and related information (food labels) supplied by manufacturers.
3. In cases where it would be difficult to ensure safe food and drinks for guests, we may have to decline their reservation.
4. There are some locations where we cannot accommodate food allergies.
