Chef Kitano from the Italian restaurant “malca,” an avid tonkatsu lover, created “the tonkatsu restaurant that true tonkatsu fans would want to visit.”
We offer a tonkatsu experience crafted with both delicacy and boldness, paying attention to every single detail.
