Sekki, a seasonal dining restaurant that closely follows the 24 solar terms and offers seasonal ingredients that the body naturally craves at that time of year, will be offering a Christmas dinner course on December 24th and 25th, and a New Year's dinner course from December 31st to January 4th.This special course, decorated with red and green tones that are reminiscent of Christmas, features seasonal Japanese ingredients such as golden-eyed snapper, cloud roe, and snow crab. The main dish, Omi beef, is marinated in sake lees made from Kyoto sake, giving it a deep flavor through fermentation and adding a touch of wellness unique to Six Senses.
