[Chef's Table Limited to Second Fridays] Stagioni

Every month, we host a Chef's Table event that allows guests to deeply experience the "Stellone" menu, curated by Chef Michiaki Yoshida, themed around a specific region of Italy. The event begins splendidly with Champagne Sabering and is a special, exclusive evening limited to 12 seats.
Guests attending the event will receive a special "Stellone Passport," designed to resemble an Italian passport. As the event progresses, stamps and dates are added, quietly evoking the seasonal flavors and experiences.
Throughout the evening, the chef personally shares the thoughts behind each dish, the background of the ingredients, and the culinary stories, offering a gastronomic journey that feels like traveling through various regions of Italy.
