Every month, we host a Chef's Table event that allows guests to deeply experience the "Stellone" menu, curated by Chef Michiaki Yoshida, themed around a specific region of Italy. The event begins splendidly with Champagne Sabering and is a special, exclusive evening limited to 12 seats. Guests attending the event will receive a special "Stellone Passport," designed to resemble an Italian passport.
