Negima nabe was invented by people in the downtown area during the Edo period as a refreshing dish to eat when fatty tuna was often thrown away. The fatty tuna remains tender even after being simmered, and the long leeks are infused with the umami and sweetness of the fatty tuna. Serve with black pepper. The final pepper rice is a dish you can't stop eating.
