The concept is a modern reimagining of the port banquets where fishermen and townspeople would once serve sake and food in prayer for safe boats and bountiful catches. Guests can enjoy five types of sake and food while chatting with the brewers.
In addition, we will be inviting Mr. Sato of Imayo Tsukasa Sake Brewery to share the story behind the founding of the Minatomachi brand, its flavors, and the historical background of Niigata, providing a unique experience.
