Seating is limited to 2 hours.
▶Please inquire by email or phone for a reservation of a party of more than 5.
▶Please inquire a reservation of a day before and on the day.
Reservation required 1 order of Afternoon tea sets per adults.
Please let us know in advance if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions.
We will not be able to change the ingredients on the day.

▶Please note that discounted plans can not be used in conjunction with other benefits / discounts.
▶Photos are images only. The menu items may change without prior notice depending on the supply and seasonal conditions.
▶The Lobby Lounge will ask all guests to enter their credit card information when making reservations.

▶For tour operators and reservation agents
●Even if you are making a reservation on behalf of someone else, we ask that you guarantee your reservation by paying in advance.
●When making a reservation, please be sure to let us know that you are making a reservation on behalf of someone and that we must collect the remaining amount (drinks, etc) from the customers who will visit us on the day.

<Cancellation Policy>
1. Cancellation two days before the reservation date: 50% of the course fee
2. Cancellation the day before: 70% of the course fee
3. Cancellation on the reservation date: 100% of the course fee
4. If you are late for more than 20 minutes without contacting us, it will be canceled.
