A special course designed for young chefs to hone their skills and take the next step in their careers will be offered starting October 24 (Sat), on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month during lunchtime only. The usual set menu priced at 16,500 yen will be available for just 8,250 yen (tax included). We hope you’ll enjoy this experience crafted for the chefs of tomorrow.

<Hours of Operation>
Tuesday–Friday: 18:00–22:30
Saturday: 12:00–13:30, 18:00–22:30

[Evening reservation slots]
First session: 18:00–20:20 – 26,400 yen
Second session: 20:30–22:30 – 26,400 yen

[Closed days]: Sundays, Mondays, holidays, New Year’s period, Golden Week, Obon, and Silver Week.
*On weeks with a holiday, we remain open on Mondays.

<Reservations>
▶ Reservations start at the same time for everyone. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the course will begin from midway. Please allow ample time for your arrival.
▶ If we cannot reach you 30 minutes after your reserved time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you’re running late.
▶ Changes to the date or number of guests made the day before are subject to cancellation fees, so please note this in advance.
▶ Guests bringing children aged 15 or under are kindly asked not to make reservations.
▶ Prices are subject to change depending on season and day; please understand this in advance.
▶ In cases where guests have extensive allergies or dietary restrictions, we may need to decline the reservation. We appreciate your understanding.
