Dominique Bouchet Kyoto is an authentic French restaurant that carries on the spirit and philosophy of Sasaki Sake Brewery, a sake brewery in Kyoto's Rakuchu region that was founded over 130 years ago, and French chef Dominique Bouchet, who has been active in the gastronomy world. This special dinner will combine Japanese and French traditions, featuring fine sake such as Jurakudai, which showcases traditional techniques passed down since the Meiji era, with authentic French cuisine by Chef Sako Takashi. Enjoy a supreme gourmet experience with a seven-course meal featuring ingredients from Kyoto, paired with champagne and white wine to enhance the flavor of the sake.
