● For reservations within 3 days, please inquire by phone.
● Reservations must be made for 2 or more adults.
● For reservations of 5 or more guests or private bookings, please contact us by phone.
● Seat requests cannot be accommodated. If you have any special circumstances, please call us to discuss.

● The lunch short course (Maple Course) is available only at 12:00, with limited availability and only on weekdays (from April 29 until next winter).
● The dinner short course (Elm Course) is available only at 18:00 or 18:30, with limited availability and only on weekdays (from April 29; end date TBD).
● From December 18 to 25, a Christmas-exclusive menu will be served.

● Meals are meant to be enjoyed over 2.5–3 hours at a leisurely pace. Those with time constraints must discuss this with us at the time of booking.
● Meals begin simultaneously for all guests at the reserved time. If we cannot reach you 30 minutes after your reserved time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation.

● As we are a producer ourselves and use seasonal vegetables, we cannot accommodate requests regarding ingredients you dislike.
● Please inform us of any food allergies at the time of booking.
