If any guests have food allergies or ingredients they dislike, please list them for each affected person whenever possible.
* We will accommodate requests as much as possible, but some ingredients such as seasonings may not be possible to substitute.
* If there are no allergies or dislikes, please indicate that as well — we appreciate the confirmation.
Examples:
- Shellfish allergy: 1 guest — cannot eat the flesh. Cooked extracts/essences are OK.
- Egg allergy: 1 guest — binders in items like hamburg steaks are acceptable.
- Both guests dislike celery; 1 of the two also dislikes game meats.
