Bistro NOGA will be hosting its popular "Sake Tripling Dinner," an event featuring an original course menu paired with sake and sake-specific vessels from Kimoto Glass.

Takizawa Brewery x Kimoto Glass x Bistro NOGA

Founded in 1863 in Ogawa Town, Saitama Prefecture, Takizawa Brewery has been producing local sake that reflects the region's climate and culture, using traditional, handcrafted methods while maintaining its symbolic brick chimney exceeding 20 meters in height.

This time, you will enjoy a triple pairing of Takizawa Brewery's recommended sakes, including "Kikuizumi," described as "a traditional sake with the fragrance of a chrysanthemum and the purity of a spring," with sake-specific glasses from Kimoto Glass, which continues to create a new world of glass products, and Bistro NOGA's exquisite cuisine that maximizes the deliciousness of seasonal ingredients in collaboration with local producers.

★Sake (5 types recommended by Takizawa Brewery)
*We will discuss Takizawa Brewery's commitment to sake brewing, its characteristics, and how to enjoy it.
★Glasses: Glasses will be paired with the sake.
*Mr. Kimoto of Kimoto Glass will select sake vessels (glasses) to match the sake, and will discuss their characteristics, key points, and how to enjoy them.
★Time: Doors open at 18:30, event starts at 19:00 and is scheduled to end at 21:00.
