● Please note that we do not accommodate seat location requests.
※ For reservations of 4 or more guests, please understand that seating may be split.
● Our restaurant operates on a one-order-per-person policy. Each guest must order at least one item.
※ Only infants are exempt from the one-order requirement.
● Reservations are valid only for the date and time slot specified on the reservation page. Entry times cannot be changed.
※ You may be asked to wait upon arrival or when being seated due to crowding.
※ If the number of guests changes, please understand that seating may be delayed or unavailable.
※ Reservations may be canceled if you are 10 minutes late without prior notice.
※Even with prior notice, if you arrive more than 30 minutes after your reservation start time, entry may be denied (depending on store conditions) or menu options may be restricted.
●We will begin seating you 【5 minutes before】 your reservation start time.
※Please refrain from arriving too early, as it may cause congestion.
※Please have your reservation email or other confirmation showing your reservation details (name, number of guests) ready.
● Please reserve based on the actual number of guests attending.
If the number changes, please understand that it may take time to accommodate you or we may be unable to seat you.
※ Only infants who can be seated in a baby carrier or on a parent's lap may be excluded from the count. Children older than infants must be counted as one person each.
● We do not accept reservations for seats other than Special Seats. Please come directly to the store.
