2024年1月1月の能登半島地震の発生により、比較的被害の少なかった周辺地域の飲食店や宿泊施設、農業漁業などの生産者、石川県を拠点とする様々な人々や企業に影響が出るなか、被災地の人々や料理人は復興の道へ歩み出そうとしています。
　シェフ・糸井章太は、そんな人々に勇気と元気を与えられる事がしたいと考え、糸井の故郷の地である京都で、石川県産の食材を使用したスペシャルディナーイベントを開催いたします。

This event will feature Chef Itoi, who trained in France, serving traditional French cuisine in his own unique style.
