This café is a collaboration café for “Final Fantasy XIV”.
(※ We do not offer menus or merchandise related to other titles.)
The interior design and menu are designed to replicate the game’s world.
We hope you’ll visit us and fully immerse yourself in the world of “Final Fantasy XIV”.

※ This page is exclusively for reservations at the Osaka store. For the Akihabara store, please click here.

■ Usage and reservations
● A table charge of 700 yen per person applies for entry.
As a bonus, guests receive a [Job Magnet & Job Coaster].
※ The Osaka store does not provide complimentary drinks. Please note this in advance.

Reservations for desired dates must be made by one group per slot. If multiple reservations with overlapping time slots are made on the same day, we will contact you for confirmation.

Operating hours:
Weekdays: 12:00–21:00 (when fully booked, stays are limited to 90 minutes)
Weekends/Holidays: 10:00–21:00 (final entry and last order at 20:20)
● On weekends and holidays, stays are limited to 90 minutes. (Last order is 50 minutes after the reserved time.)
● Entry times can be selected at 15-minute intervals starting from opening time; reservations can be made accordingly.
※ If there are available seats at the time of arrival, entry may be permitted immediately.

● Selecting the number of guests below will display available reservation dates and times.

● Upon arrival, we will verify the name used during reservation. Please use your real name or a name that can be easily verified.
● Reservations can be made starting 1 month in advance at 12:00, up until 30 minutes prior to the desired entry time.
● To cancel a reservation, please follow the cancellation procedure via the confirmation email.
● As this café aims to provide an enjoyable experience within the game’s universe, staff may request guests to change seats or leave if any inappropriate behavior or conversations occur.

You can enjoy a meal at Eorzea Café in a private room at your leisure.
● A charge of 700 yen per person applies (includes a Job Magnet and Job Coaster).
※ Karaoke cannot be used. Please note this in advance.
If you request a private room, you will not be able to participate in the lottery draw. Those wishing to join the lottery must make a reservation at the café.
In some cases, you may be seated in a private room located on a different floor of the hotel, rather than in the private rooms within Eorzea Café on the 5th floor. Please understand this in advance.

Saturdays/Sundays/Holidays: 10:00–21:00 (90-minute time limit; final entry and last orders accepted until 20:20)
