For meat dishes we use pork from Hiroshima Prefecture, and we make every effort to source other ingredients from Hiroshima and the Seto Inland Sea region whenever possible. Please note that items may be changed due to seasonality or supply conditions.
You may upgrade the meat dish to 80g of Hiroshima beef for an additional +2,000円.

・Regarding lateness to your reservation:
If you are unable to make it for your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. If you do not arrive or contact us more than 30 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation will be canceled without notice.
Please note that if you are late, your reservation may be shorter than planned or we may not be able to provide the service you requested. Repeated lateness may result in your reservation being rejected.

In the event of transportation delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, accidents, or disasters, cancellation fees will be waived if you contact us in advance.
