▶Cancellation Policy
If you cancel on the day of your reservation (after midnight), a cancellation fee of 100% of the course price will be charged. If more than one hour has passed without notice, your reservation will be automatically canceled and no refunds will be issued. Please be sure to contact us if you are more than 30 minutes late. *Please also refer to the Cancellation Policy.

If you wish to make changes, please cancel your reservation and reschedule.

▶About Credit Card Information
Credit card information is held temporarily to guarantee your reservation. Please pay for your food and beverages at the restaurant on the day. Please note that the amount held will be refunded or released within a few days to a few weeks of your visit, depending on the credit card company.
However, for debit cards, the payment is debited immediately at the time of booking, so the refund process begins the day you visit and may take several weeks after processing, depending on the financial institution. For details on the timing of the refund, please contact the issuing financial institution directly.
