◆There is a 1.5 hour time limit for brunch reservations.
◆ Please be aware that your reservation will be automatically cancelled if we are not contacted after 15 minutes of your reservation time.

Japanese ingredients and culinary traditions. The course allows you to select four dishes per category from our exquisite
Starter, Appetizer, Main, and Dessert menus. Enhance your dinner with our rich selection of wines, including fine domestic
varieties, and our signature, original cocktails.

・Turnip cream soup with yuzu zest
・Red pepper hummus with crispy garbanzo beans and pita bread
・Strawberry with mascarpone tofu shiraae and balsamic vinegar

◆APPETIZER
・Tuna tartar, avocado, kujyonegi with cochijan sauce
・Kale and mizuna salad with pomegranate, roasted beets ,turnip, carrot, farro, candy pecan nuts with pomegranate dressing
・Spicy shrimp sauteed with ‘nduja, sausage, kujo negi, country bread rusks
・Roasted cauliflower with chimichurri sauce and lemon dressed quinoa salad

◆MAIN
・Rare tuna steak with tamari konbu soy sauce, sauteed sansyo butter lotus root and mitsuba
・Roasted Kinka pork with white bean ragout and kale
・Pappardelle with Japanese beef ragout and truffle
・Japanese F1 beef sirloin 150g with roasted chili glaze pumpkin and baby carrot, miso romesco sauce (+2,500)

・Rich chocolate terrine with whipped cream
・Black sesame brulee with vanilla gelato
・Apple cruble with vanilla gelato and cinnamon sugar
