●Reservations for parties of 11 or more cannot be made online. Please call the restaurant directly.

Even if you are unable to make a reservation online, we may be able to accommodate you.

●A service charge of ¥300 (excluding tax) will be charged for seating only (elementary school age and older).

●Reservations for banquet courses must be made by midnight the day before.

●Smoking is strictly prohibited in our restaurant. Please use the designated smoking area outside the restaurant.

Seating
● We do not accept seating reservations.
If you have disabilities or small children, please contact the restaurant directly.
※Please note that we are unable to accommodate your preferred seating even if you indicate it in the request section.
If we are unable to seat you in your preferred seating upon your arrival, we will not accept any complaints. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding the Use of Our Restaurant by Children Under Elementary School Age and Elderly Customers
● Our restaurant is certified by the government as a store that handles raw meat for consumption.
While we are absolutely confident in our freshness,
raw meat generally carries a risk of food poisoning.
We ask that children, elderly customers, and those with weakened immune systems refrain from eating raw meat (such as yukhoe and beef sashimi).

About Cancellations
● For reservations for online-only menus or banquet courses,
cancellations will incur the following cancellation fees, calculated from the date and time of your arrival:
24 hours prior to arrival: 100% of the reservation fee
48 hours prior to arrival: 50% of the reservation fee

About Banquet Courses
●Please make your course reservations by the day before.

●Course contents may change depending on the day's inventory.

●All members of your group must order the same course.

●Changes to the number of people must be made by midnight the day before.
　Changes to the number of people on the day will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

●Since the course uses raw meat, the meal will only begin when everyone is present.
　Please arrive at the reserved time.
In the unlikely event that a customer is late or leaves early, we may be unable to serve some of the course contents or may have to change them.

Also, if the start time is delayed, we may not be able to change the end time depending on the reservation situation.
