◾️About reservations
・By reservation only. Prices may vary depending on procurement.
・Restaurant reservations are accepted from up to 3 months in advance.
・Guests wearing strong perfumes or body creams may be refused entry, as these may disturb other customers.
・There is no strict dress code, but men are asked to refrain from visiting in shorts or sandals.
・Seat requests may not always be accommodated.
・Children aged 12 and over may be seated only if they can eat the same meal as adults (the same price applies).

◾️About allergies
・Customers with severe food allergies or multiple food allergies
・Vegetarian or pescatarian customers, etc.
※Depending on ingredient availability, we may regrettably be unable to accept your reservation.

◾️Regarding transportation
・kumoko is located in Motobu, northern Okinawa. Occasionally taxis or driver services may be unavailable, so we are unable to arrange taxis or drivers. (In the past some customers were unable to return to their hotels until morning.)
Guests who plan to drink are asked to secure their own transportation.
◾️Cancellation policy
Cancellations 3 days prior: 50% fee; 2 days prior: 70% fee; the day before or on the day: 100% fee.
Please contact us as early as possible for cancellations or changes in the number of guests.
If you do not arrive within 20 minutes of your reservation time without contacting us, or if an excessive delay is expected, we may automatically cancel your reservation. If you will be late, please be sure to contact us.
