▶ Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests.
▶ For engagements or formal family-meeting reservations (yui-no / face-to-face introductions), please make your reservation by phone.
▶ Please note that you may be seated at a shared table.
▶ For cancellations or changes in the number of guests after 6:00 PM on the day before your reservation, we will charge the full course/plan fee for the number of guests reserved.
▶ If we have not heard from you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, we will treat the reservation as canceled.
▶ For reservations of 10 people or more, please contact the restaurant directly.

▶ TOKYO KAIKAN CLUB members: please be sure to present your membership card before payment. Points cannot be applied after payment, so please understand in advance.
▶ Due to credit card industry policy, from April 2025 signatures will no longer be used for cardholder verification when using IC credit cards. You will be required to enter your PIN when using your card, so please confirm this in advance.
